When Will opened Daly Property Services in 1989, he started with nothing but himself, a couple of lawn mowers, and 15 residential accounts. Since its humble beginnings, the business has grown into a multi-million dollar, year-round enterprise with residential and commercial accounts that include: The Basalt Post Office, Wendy’s, Southside Townhomes, Park Modern, Willits Town Center, ANB Bank, Aspen Valley Polo Club, and Safeway.
No longer a one-man operation Team Daly is currently comprised of 32 of the friendliest, most experienced, and dedicated landscapers and laborers you’ll ever meet. We use the highest quality, state-of-the-art landscaping and snow removal equipment and maintain high standards of ethics and workmanship for our staff. We are licensed and bonded and carry full liability and automobile insurance. Our employees care for your property with precise attention to detail, and we complete our work safely and efficiently.
With our team of trained professionals, clients see the same familiar faces on their property year after year. You know our guys, and they know your property inside and out. Our crews are well-groomed and uniformed and always ready to do a good job in a timely manner. Up and down the Highway 82 corridor, we have close to 24 vehicles on the road every day. Our trucks carry our familiar logo. We promise that Daly’s vehicles will always be clean and expertly maintained. Our office is centrally located in the Basalt Industrial Center at 35 Park Avenue, Unit C between High Country Cross Fit and Valley Collision.

Daly’s owner, Will Vannice, lives by one motto: “the harder you work the luckier you get.” The massive growth and continued success of Daly Property Services is a testament to his commitment and his integrity. Will is a long time local who was raised in Snowmass Village. He currently resides in Basalt, where the business is headquartered. Will is thoroughly involved in business operations on a daily basis. He sells; he designs; he supervises work in progress, and he manages administration. But, most of all he mentors.
Everyone on the Daly Property Services team is coached and immersed each day in the “Daly Philosophy:” personalized service, enthusiasm for every project, respect for each client and their property, innovation, teamwork, and the highest standards of quality and workmanship comprise the crux of what we do.
